DO YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH US? PHYXIUS GOLF A Phyxius Golf representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call 808.864.8795. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Phyxius Golf. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Phyxius Golf will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs except as covered by our warranty policy. All Phyxius Golf equipment is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered. If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively. Phyxius Golf's primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is FedEx. Phyxius Golf offers you the most competitive pricing we can, all pricing is subject to change without notice. Phyxius Golf cannot accept liability for grammatical errors, or incorrect customer information. Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders placed with Phyxius Golf.
International Customers: Please note that due to FedEx charging Phyxius Golf additional shipping after the package leaves our facility you may be asked to pay the additional amount incurred due to extended areas in your country. If this occurs with your order you will be contacted before any additional amount is charged. Please also note that international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
